A Little Bit About Me
I became a personal trainer and coach because I believe everyone has the potential to reach their goals, and sometimes we just need an extra push or individualized guidance in order to get there. For years, I struggled with my own weight issues, and it wasn't until I built a community of support around me, as well as invested time in educating myself on health, nutrition and fitness, that I found balance mentally, physically and emotionally. My goal and purpose is helping my clients dig deep to find their best selves from the inside out.
I focus on a holistic approach to training, where everything from lifestyle, eating habits, work schedule, family life, mental and emotional health, behaviors, and overall life experiences all matter. Transformation starts from the inside out. I work closely to understand each client's unique set of imbalances, weaknesses, areas of opportunity, and use that as a tool to guide our training sessions. Mobility and movement are a large part of the focus in our sessions because I want each client to be stronger during the workouts, but also in his or her every day life.
