What does the best version of you look and feel like? I believe in using exercise and balanced nutrition as tools to get there. Implementing a workout routine can be an empowering experience.  I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, from beginners to advanced fitness go-getters.

There are so many great reasons to train with Jules. 1.She cares genuinely about her clients. 2. She is very supportive 3. She is tough and will challenge you (can you say “finisher”!) 4. You will meet your goals if you put in the work in and out of the gym and communicate honestly about what’s going on. The only reason why Jules and I aren’t training anymore is because we both moved to different cities. I have worked with 5 trainers; my body has gone through many ups and downs and changes. Jules never made me feel bad for getting off track. She is so encouraging and supportive which I need in a trainer but most important she is knowledgeable and workouts are tough (but fun)!

I worked with Julianna for 9 months. I hadn't worked with a trainer before and I was extremely out of shape. I also had a previous injury to my shoulder that limited my motion and ability to do some exercises. Julianna was motivating and full of energy. She was patient with me as I learned new things and very encouraging. She pushed me beyond my expectations and made me believe I could do more. And I did!! She gave me stretches and exercises to improve my shoulder flexibility and strength. My shoulder is the best it has been since my injury. Julianna was always changing up the workouts to focus on areas needed. I learned I love weight lifting and feel wonderful after. I can do more push ups and squats than I ever have before. For the last three months, Julianna and I have met for 1:1 virtual training sessions. Due to COVID, and also distance, virtual sessions worked best for my schedule. We work mostly on body strengthening and cardio exercises. I don’t have much equipment but she’s incorporated random items like my couch, chairs, walls, boxes, as well as the one kettlebell, yoga blocks and resistance bands that I have. She switches up the exercises so we’re always working different muscles, but when we come back to my “favorite” exercises, I can tell I’m getting stronger. With her help and encouragement,  I’ve lost 17 lbs in the last three months. I’m excited to continue training with her as I work towards my wellness and fitness goals.

I have had the best personal training experience with Jules ! She consistently provides the most creative workouts focusing on whatever part of the body you want to work on. I have also done semi private training with her and two of my friends and we love sets she puts together for us!
